uncle sam and osama bin ladin ar walking down a beach and find a lamp, half buried in the sand. bin ladin rubs it and a genie pops out and says i will grant you both one wish. bin ladin being pushy goes first, and says i want a huge wall around afganistan so no infidles jews or americans can get into out perciouse country, poof the genie puts the wall around afganistan.
the genie then turns to uncle sam and says what is your wish....
uncle sam a former civil engineer says to the genie tell me more about this wall. the genie replies the wall is 50,000 feet tall 500 feet thick and completely surrounds the country virtualy impenitrable.
uncle sam says my wish is you fill it with water.
